We recommend that you quickly contact Monaco Telecom or log into your customer account to lock your telephone line. You will then be able to go to our store to receive a new SIM card (you may also receive it at home).
Locking your line via your account:
Log into your customer account at www.monaco-telecom.mc.
Click on Mobile perdu/volé ? (Lost/stolen mobile telephone).
In the next window, select Désactivé (Disabled), then Valider (OK).
