How do I view my invoices online?

Go to your Customer Account myMT at www.monaco-telecom.mc to access your last invoices.

How can I get a copy of an invoice?

To get a copy of your Internet, television, landline and mobile telephone invoices, go to your Customer Account myMT to access your last invoices (downloadable with the PDF format).

What elements are included in my invoice?

Your invoice consists of two parts:

On the first page: a summary of key data.

On the second page: the details of your subscriptions, add-ons, plans, miscellaneous.

 

How do I receive paper invoices?

Simply contact your Customer Service to set up the service. There is a €10 (VAT included) monthly charge.

 

There is a mistake on my invoice. What should I do?

Contact your Customer Service to check the information.

 

I received someone else's invoice. What should I do?

Contact your Customer Service to check your information so we can correct the mistake.

 

Do you offer detailed invoicing?

Yes. Just ask to subscribe to the free "Facture détaillée" option. You can subscribe by letter to your Customer Service with a photocopy of your ID card. You will then receive a monthly invoice by mail.
